Have basic perl scripts working. Still too much baby sitting when retrieving data.

Found a nice little project to start using postgreSQL. Did I mention perl is powerful? The project is going to involve my Favorite game WWII Online. This game produces a lot of stats. Synopsis of project: Use perl script to retrieve data from stats sight. Load data into PostgreSQL database. Have database accessible to Web server to dish up even more cool stuff about the game. I hope my old 933mhz P3 can handle this. It nearly has a gig of mem and is running linux.

Been awhile. Job has kept me busy for the past few months. Need to get back in the habit. Have learned something new. Perl is really fun and powerfull.
